As the Associate Manager over Technical Services, you will manage a team of Technical Specialists who deliver ethics and compliance product solutions to our customers. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the migration team to ensure timely completion of all work cases while maintaining an excellent standard of quality during this 18-month engagement.In this hands-on role, your skills in personnel management, quality assurance and work prioritization/triage will be critical for the team’s success. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Manage the day-to-day operations of the Technical Specialist teamSet expectations, prioritize case load and motivate team members to deliver quality work on-time, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds targets for all KPIsFollow established processes and hold teams accountable to maintain highest level of code developmentAssess team members performance, professional development and progress toward initiatives, providing feedback and assistance for day-to-day activitiesRecruit, hire and on-board new staff members as neededInitiate continual improvement of team processes, standards, methodologies and tools with a focus on scalability and qualityMonitor team related metrics, ensuring data capture is consistent and report monthly metrics to managementManage expedites, approvals, and escalationsBe present in the NAVEX office at least 2 days per weekBe available for collaboration during your assigned shift (overnight)Occasional travel may be requiredWhat you’ll bring:2+ years of related professional experience required1+ years effectively managing, leading and motivating direct reports preferredProficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other web-based software tools; Salesforce or other CRM highly desiredThe ability to effectively manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects, including developing project objectives, prioritizing project responsibilities, delegating tasks, executing project deliverables, and tracking and measuring projects to successful completionThe ability to foster valued customer relationshipsGood business judgment with a high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through and reliabilityCulture Agility. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
