Your New Role…
In this role, you will support Warner Bros. Discovery Worldwide Television Distribution by preparing licensing documents, ensuring accurate data entry into the order‑to‑cash system (COSMOS/SAP), managing rights and clearance checks, and coordinating with global sales teams. You will play a key part in ensuring the timely and compliant processing of content licensing agreements worldwide.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Prepare contracts, amendments, schedules, and other legal documents using established templates

  • Verify rights and clearances for licensed content, including research on prior sales history and deal terms

  • Resolve clearance, pricing, and rights issues before document distribution

  • Input and maintain contract terms and licensed product data in the COSMOS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Track the full document lifecycle (from sales order to execution) and coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Rights teams

  • Support contract management teams and maintain accurate records, including handling updates and special projects

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in contract management, licensing, media operations, or similar areas

  • Polish and English required

  • Proven experience working with large datasets and strong attention to detail

  • Knowledge of television distribution or the media industry is preferred

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; SAP or ERP experience is a plus

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
