Your New Role…
In this role, you will support Warner Bros. Discovery Worldwide Television Distribution by preparing licensing documents, ensuring accurate data entry into the order‑to‑cash system (COSMOS/SAP), managing rights and clearance checks, and coordinating with global sales teams. You will play a key part in ensuring the timely and compliant processing of content licensing agreements worldwide.

Your Role Accountabilities
Prepare contracts, amendments, schedules, and other legal documents using established templates
Verify rights and clearances for licensed content, including research on prior sales history and deal terms
Resolve clearance, pricing, and rights issues before document distribution
Input and maintain contract terms and licensed product data in the COSMOS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Track the full document lifecycle (from sales order to execution) and coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Rights teams
Support contract management teams and maintain accurate records, including handling updates and special projects
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in contract management, licensing, media operations, or similar areas
Polish and English required
Proven experience working with large datasets and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of television distribution or the media industry is preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word; SAP or ERP experience is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to collaborate across global teams and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
