Product Technician (f/m/d)

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Product Technician (f/m/d) in the Final Products area, you are responsible for quality assurance and the sustainable improvement of our products.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: on-site

  • You systematically analyze defective products and develop sustainable solutions

  • You take ownership of deadlines, quality targets, and quantity goals while keeping track of priorities

  • You identify optimization potential in processes and actively contribute your own ideas for improvement

  • You create meaningful reports and ensure clean, thorough documentation

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • Completed technical education (e.g. technical college/HTL, vocational school, or apprenticeship in a technical field)

  • Interest in electronics and automation technology – you enjoy learning new things

  • Strong quality awareness and a careful, structured way of working

  • Self-initiative, motivation, and the ability to stay organized even during busy periods

  • Good communication skills and team spirit – you enjoy working collaboratively

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 48,287.12 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
