Oracle Fusion Finance Expert | Functional Consultant
Requeriment
Must have experience in:
- +6 yoe in Oracle Apps Erp-Financials
- Support Operations
- Working incidents with users
Nice to have
- Certificate in Oracle
- Soft skills-Communication
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including:
· General Ledger (GL)
· Cash Management
· Fixed Assets (FA)
- Payables (AP)
- Support daily finance operations, ensuring system availability and smooth execution of business processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for finance users, resolving incidents, service requests, and functional issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and manage production incidents, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with technical teams when required.
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to:
· Understand Business requirements
· Provide functional guidance
· Ensure optimal use of Oracle Fusion capabilities
- Assist users with system navigation, issue resolution, and process improvements.
- Participate in testing, deployments, and enhancements, ensuring system changes align with business needs.
- Maintain clear documentation of incidents, solutions, and system processes.
