Responsibilities:

• Supports leadership tasks, e.g. performance management, people development including day-to-day coaching, staffing…

• Supervises a team that produces or repairs products following established and new procedures for operating various manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials

• Ensures quality of the manufactured components

• Processes of production orders on-time

• Ensures continuous improvement of workplace and processes

• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, e.g. machinery, assembly, processing and/or packaging operations

• Ensures HSE compliance on-site

Qualifications:

• Typically academic degree or equivalent work experience

• Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise
