Healthcare Science Teacher High School

The healthcare position will include teaching the sports medicine and mental health pathways and also include co-advising HOSA with the other Healthcare Science Teacher.

Qualification for certificates in the field of Healthcare Science is based on a combination of occupational work experience, industry licensing and assessments, and formal study. Qualifications for an Induction certificate in Healthcare Science include:

• Associate's degree or higher in a healthcare-related field;
• A current healthcare professional license, registration, or certification that relates to the healthcare field;
• Minimum of 2 years of occupational work experience in the healthcare field;
• Employment by a Georgia LUA.
