WPF Developer
Job Description
We are looking for a WPF Developer to join one of our teams - ProductLab.
Join a strategic modernisation initiative shaping the next generation of advanced structural engineering software — tools that help engineers design safe, efficient, and code-compliant structures.
You'll contribute to rebuilding the platform on .NET Core and WPF, an incremental effort that preserves existing functionality while modernising the foundation.
The product suite covers 2D/3D modelling, floor and foundation design, steel and concrete connections, post-tensioned slabs, and more.
YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

- Design and implement projects of significant scope, working with incremental modernisation strategies;
- Determine root causes of software issues, developing efficient and maintainable solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle using Agile methodologies;
- Stay current on new .NET technologies and evaluate vendor packages to make informed technical recommendations;
- Contribute ideas, share perspectives, and think creatively about modernisation approaches and solutions.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- 3+ years of professional experience in .NET development with C# and WPF;
- Experience with Git-based development workflows, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews;
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms;
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns;

- Hands-on experience migrating large-scale legacy systems to .NET;
WHAT YOU WILL GET
- Modernise software that enables structural engineers to design safe, code-compliant buildings and infrastructure worldwide;
- A supportive environment to express your ideas and challenge you to be your best;
- Organisational culture that stimulates informal relationships and open communication;
- Access to conferences, external and internal training and self-learning systems;
- Opportunity to shape your role and contribution to the organisation;
