How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
To provide support in the Fort Saskatchewan Branch as it pertains to CPAP therapy and facilitate the administrative aspects of branch operations while ensuring that they meet the needs of internal and external clients through a commitment to customer service excellence. The incumbent will carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Home Healthcare safety and quality practices.Provides friendly and helpful service to customers by providing general information as it pertains to oxygen or CPAP therapy and other respiratory equipment or by directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff member.
Assist with sales and maintenance of CPAP inventory for the branch. Sales of CPAP supplies to walk-in and call in clients. Creates walk-in CPAP appointments and adds them to scheduling software and books follow-up appointments for the branch. Provides assistance and answers questions for clients in terms of their funding program requirements.
Maintains client confidence and protects Air Liquide Home Healthcare operations by keeping information confidential. Protects clients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols.
Contributes to team effort by working with other staff to achieve optimal customer service. Supports co-workers and the work of other departments by assisting in billing and accounts receivable processes, receiving payments and completing posting remittance forms.
Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary forms pertaining to equipment maintenance, shipping documents, and funding documents.
Works with staff members to coordinate payments by preparing funding documents, and maintaining knowledge of funding systems.
Provides support for supervisors/managers, sales and healthcare staff by performing daily office duties such as; answering the phone, typing and proofreading documents, photocopying, scanning/emailing documents, close/balance Moneris Batch, month-end duties, and other administrative operations that impact the client account statement and asset fleet, filing, opening, sorting and distributing mail, maintaining all database systems.
Contributes to a safe work environment by obeying safety rules, working and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner. Report unsafe occurrences and/or practices. Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the branch by understanding processes and workflow and participating in quality improvement activities.
As requested, ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's’ instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; and arranging for repairs. Contributes to the growth of Air Liquide Home Healthcare by providing information/literature to prospective clients; providing demonstration of products and services to prospective clients.

Are you a MATCH?
1-3 years' experience in Office Administration or a Call Centre
1-3 years' experience in Billing and Accounts Receivable processes
Remain calm and professional under stressful situations
Superior organizational & customer service skills
Experience with insurance providers considered as asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
Completions of High School
Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Administration, Medical Office Assistant program or related discipline is highly desirable.
