As our new Sales Director, Sweden , you will hold full commercial responsibility for our Swedish market. You will define the direction, lead the sales organisation, drive new business, and accelerate growth across existing customers. At the same time, you ensure that what we sell is sustainable, competitive, and delivered in operations. You’ll be part of the local management team with a clear voice on commercial priorities, working closely across Operations, Product and Group Commercial. This is a role where strategic direction and hands-on execution go hand in hand. What you’ll be doing: Own the commercial agenda: Take full responsibility for the Swedish Air, Sea and Road sales organisation – from pipeline and performance to long-term market positioning. Drive profitable growth: Open doors, win new business, and systematically expand existing customer relationships. Set and execute strategy: Translate group commercial direction into a focused, actionable and locally relevant sales plan. Lead performance: Build a robust pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and maintain momentum across all commercial activities. Engage at senior level: Play an active role in key accounts, strategic negotiations, tenders and high-impact customer dialogues. Leading your team: Build and develop the team: Coach, support and challenge your sales organisation to raise both capability and performance. Create accountability: Set clear targets, expectations and follow-up to ensure consistent execution. Strengthen the culture: Foster a performance-driven environment with strong ownership and commercial mindset. Develop future capability: Ensure the right talent and competencies to support continued growth. Working across the business: Partner with Operations: Ensure commercially sound solutions, competitive pricing and reliable delivery. Collaborate globally: Work closely with Product, Procurement and Group Commercial to strengthen customer offerings. Bridge strategy and delivery: Ensure full alignment between what we promise and what we execute. What we’re looking for: You bring a strong commercial background within Air, Sea and Road logistics and a proven track record of leading sales organisations. You know how to combine structure, discipline and momentum to deliver results at scale. You’ve built and managed pipelines, won significant business, and worked with mid-sized to large customers. You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level—and stepping in when it matters. As a person, you are commercially sharp, structured and confident in dialogue with senior stakeholders internally and externally. You bring energy, ownership and a clear focus on results. Above all, you take responsibility—for your team, your market, and for delivering sustainable growth.
