Senior AR Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior AR Accountant to join our Shared Services Hub in Gdańsk. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems fast, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, this is a role where you can make a real impact from day one. You’ll manage your own portfolio and drive the full collections process, from first follow-up to payment resolution. The role combines operational ownership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving international environment. What you’ll do: Manage a high-volume AR portfolio and follow up with customers daily Drive collections activities and resolve payment delays quickly and professionally Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and international customers Support reporting and work with tools such as Excel, Dynamics AX, and Business Central Identify smarter ways of working and contribute to process improvements Coordinate priorities within the team and support onboarding and knowledge sharing What we’re looking for: Solid experience within Accounts Receivable and collections Confidence managing a large customer portfolio independently Strong communication skills in English A proactive mindset and the ability to build trust across teams Experience with ERP systems such as AX or Business Central is an advantage You’ll join a supportive AR team where people collaborate closely, help each other, and value open communication.
