With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. 概要 Position: IT Support Engineer (Internal Help Desk) – Global Company Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT support engineer to handle internal IT support as part of a global team

You will be responsible for daily support tasks such as Wi-Fi issues, Outlook problems, PC/printer setup, and account management

: • Provide IT help desk support to internal users (onsite/remote) • Set up and troubleshoot Windows / macOS PCs • Support Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) • Configure and maintain Canon multifunction printers • Manage devices using Intune / MDM • Handle access management through Azure AD / SSO • Perform asset management and ticket system tasks • Support Cisco Webex / TelePresence • Communicate with the global team in simple English Required

: • Hands-on experience with Windows Intune / MDM • Support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 • Practical experience with Azure AD / SSO • Troubleshooting experience with Canon printers • Experience with ITSM / ticket management systems Desired Traits: • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Able to explain issues clearly to non-technical users • Can prioritize tasks in a busy environment • Works independently • Comfortable working in a global environment ONsite IT support , Windows and MAC proficiency , Work with team
