Job Summary

Clean and maintain office location by performing routine cleaning duties. Additional tasks may be assigned by management outside of daily expectations. This is a part-time position with evening-time requirements.

Function in the Job

Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Job Function

  • Responsible for garbage removal from main areas and office spaces
  • Vacuum designated areas
  • Dust and deep clean office spaces as needed
  • Clean windows and glass surfaces (interior and exterior facing)
  • Mop floors as needed
  • Use cleaning products properly (e.g., bleach, toilet bowl cleaner, glass cleaner)
  • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies
  • Lift and move items (e.g., toaster ovens, vacuums, desk chairs)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Work independently and ensure all assigned duties are completed

 


Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and security procedures and company policies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow schedules and complete assigned tasks
  • Ability to take direction from a supervisor
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Demonstrates professionalism and reliability
  • Ability to perform physical work and operate cleaning equipment

 

Knowledge & Skills / Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays as needed
    • Evening shift: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Must have strong communication skills
