Nestled within the charming landscape of the Île-de-France region, just east of Paris, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 110 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.
The Retail team is hiring a Personal Shopper.
The role
You are expected to deliver a personalised and elevated shopping experience to clients by offering expert styling advice, building strong relationships, and supporting the growth of the Personal Shopping service. The Personal Shopper operates within a structured, high-standard environment and is supported in their development.
You are not just selling fashion; you are crafting stories, building trust, and delivering joy through every detail.
Location: This role is based on-site in La Vallée Village and is Permanent/Full Time
Starting minimum salary: €39,050
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

New client development & ongoing existing client management
- Deliver personalised styling advice by staying ahead of fashion trends, attending brand trainings, and confidently introducing clients to new products and brands beyond their usual choices

Prepare tailored product selections for each client

Take ownership of personal shopping targets, ensure all client activity is accurately recorded, and provide regular feedback to the Personal Shopping Manager

Act as a brand ambassador inside and outside the village
What we're looking for

- Previous and successful experience in a luxury retail sales role, either as an Advisor or a Personal Shopper

Impeccable personal presentation with a strong customer service mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus

Genuine passion for fashion, luxury, styling, beauty, and excellence, with a natural eye for detail and a people-first approach

A collaborative team player with a flexible working style; comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office

An existing local client network a distinct advantage
