Business Operations lead
- Delivery risk: revenue leakage, recognition vs invoicing), supporting 100% timesheet and milestone targets for FM & Core (GS); handled deal/project creation and timesheet/project query resolution across FM, Core, and PAS.
- Customer Support Operations - End-to-end backlog management (across CS & GS, including defects process), queue oversight, queue Criteria reduction, SOP documentation, process alignment, cleanup initiatives, enforcing AI adoption to reduce manual effort, handling ad-hoc queries, and driving timely resolution through bi-weekly governance, while actively building expertise in CS processes.
- Building Power BI dashboards to track FY27 revenues (Actual vs Plan), enabling leadership visibility and better decision-making - For Core & FM
- Enhance analytics capabilities by developing data models, delivering insights on trends and variances, and completing Power BI certification; LinkedIn Learning courses in Project Management and Power BI fundamentals.
