Location: Green Bay Opportunity Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Lodge Kohler offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. As the Lead Massage Trainer, you will be responsible for: The integration of therapists and the ongoing training and development of spa associates Serving as the Lead Trainer with weekly designed training time combined with service time Having a working knowledge of private label products and department related products Consistently following the Kohler Waters Spa policies, procedures and standard operating procedures Overseeing the integration and training of all new therapists in both technical and non-technical requirements of the role Overseeing and scheduling on-going, in-house training, participate in vendor training Handle PRO and retail ordering Coordinating technical review training for therapists developing into the next level of expertise Attend weekly and monthly meetings with management This is a Part-Time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary from 7am to 9pm.
