Key Responsibilities
Job Summary:

Responsible for the inspection of all internally produced components to meet the Quality Standards and system required.

 Role and Responsibility:

1. Support the QMS standards of AS9100.

2. Handling Product and process Quality and monitoring the Quality performance.

3. Responsible for providing monthly reports to Management on Quality performance Metrics.

4. Establish the company’s quality procedure, standards, and specifications.

5. Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements.

6. Train & manage a team of quality control professionals.

7. Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

8. Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.

9. Responsible for handling Customer and internal Nonconformance.

10. Drive APQP, PPAP and PFMEA.

11. Perform FAI as per AS9102

 Desired Candidate Profile:

· Around 5-6 Years in quality function, driving the quality initiatives of the organization.

· AS9100 quality standards & prior experience with aerospace manufactures.

· Good knowledge of processes and Quality procures.

· Working knowledge of inspection methods and aerospace manufacturing experience will be an advantage.

· Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and Quality control tools.

· Knowledge in J-STD-001 and IPC/WHMA-A-620.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics engineering with equivalent experience including management & supervision experience.
