PURPOSE:


Responsible for keeping all the process of acquiring sites according to the legal and technical requirements.



FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate with the Search and Sanitation contractors the process of acquiring sites according to the requirements of the operator
  • Review and validate contractor reports, require changes and adjustments to ensure candidates who meet the legal and technical conditions required by the company
  • Coordinate with other internal and external areas for legal validation, reporting, budgets and contractor payment processes
  • Coordinate with municipal authorities, government entities and others that need to be visited to support the technical and legal reports submitted on behalf of the company
  • Support in the area of Operations all the issues that are required related to BTS projects among others

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 


Position works in a normal office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily. Job minimal will involve travel.  



QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must have a 4-year college degree preferably in a technical field
  • +5 years of Experience in site acquisition, real estate, contracts is preferred
  • +5 years of Experience in wireless communication development and construction project management is a plus
  • Proficient user of MS Office especially MS Excel & Pivot Tables
  • Demonstrated mastery in ongoing multiple tasking and project management skills
  • Disciplined and organized individual with attention to details
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment; ability to work independently and have the ability to interact with coworkers, management, auditors and other advisors
  • Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to summarize and present data in an organized, concise manner
