
Finance Analyst [FIXED-TERM] | COLOMBIA
Job Description
PURPOSE:
Support the Finance Manager in treasury, billing, collections, and financial analysis activities, ensuring accuracy of information, compliance with deadlines, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
FUNCTIONS:
- Execute and upload payments in the corresponding banking platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide the Tax Department with the necessary information for tax compliance.
- Responsible for executing billing processes and monitoring revenues and expenses, consolidating and evaluating financial data for decision-making.
- Prepare monthly collection reconciliations, ensuring consistency between accounting and banking records.
- Prepare and upload tenant billing templates in D365, as well as manage invoice delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts.
- Coordinate and liaise with the Accounting team regarding all data/reports required by Finance.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting and in the preparation, monitoring, and control of the budget.
- Provide support to the Regional Finance Director – NOLA with headquarters’ requirements.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position works in a normal office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking required daily. Occasional travel may be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Economics, Accounting or Administration
- 1 - 2 years of experience in general finance are required
- Must have strong Excel skills as well as other MS Office suite products such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledge of an accounting ERP System
- Financial and analytical skills
- Practical knowledge of financial accounting and different banking platforms
- Experience with international operations is a plus
