Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities • Supervise HR Sr. / Analysts in making sure that day to day tasks are being performed. • Oversee the benefits processing (government and company) • Ensure compliance with statutory benefits and government mandated programs ( SSS, Philhealth and PAG IBIG in the Philippines or relevant local programs. • Handles employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits • Coordinates with external vendors, insurance providers and government agencies for benefits administration and presents new policies and/or benefits of the company to employees • Process and validate employee movement request and prepares the documentation and reflect the change/s in the system.
• Performs Adhoc tasks assigned by Manager/ HR Head.
