1、 结合销售订单与预测、生产计划、库存水平、物料交期等因素，对通用直接物料制定采购计划，明确采购数量、交付时间及交付标准。
2、 负责直接物料供应商开发、筛选、评估与维护，建立合格供应商清单，定期开展供应商绩效评估、供应商评审、供应商资质文件更新，负责日常供应商绩效反馈记录，负责与供应商进行价格、合作条款等谈判。
3、 负责直接物料采购订单下达、订单状态跟踪，协调解决采购过程中的质量异常、交期延误等问题，确保物料按时、按质、按量供应。
4、 跟进与供应商对账、发票收集，处理请款申请。
5、 跟踪、分析物料市场供应走势，持续优化综合采购成本以及合格供应商清单。
6、 监控直接物料库存，避免积压或缺货，优化库存周转；识别采购环节中的市场、供应等风险，制定应对预案。
7、 协助应对FDA/NMPA/TUV等第三方机构、客户、Marmon集团的审核、审计工作。
8、 完善采购、供应商管理流程与制度，规范采购操作。
9、 协助部门负责人完成其它指定工作。
