Job Description
- Lead a team of SMB sellers to acquire Gemini Enterprise customers for Google Workspace customers, achieve team goals to maximize business growth by focusing on motivating, enabling and developing the team to be successful.
- Manage the business operation to function at scale, prioritizing methods to operate more efficiently while maintaining high-touch customer engagement and leveraging partner eco-system.
- Manage a weekly forecasting cadence through detailed pipeline reviews. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against quarterly goals.
- Coach, develop and maintain a high-performing culture that attracts and retains talent.
- Manage productive relationships with sales development, marketing leaders, and representatives as well as our partner ecosystem, to drive strategy and execution.
