Patient Access Representative

The Patient Access Representative is the first person that our patients and caregivers will have the opportunity to interact.  This position provides support to our patients as they are experiencing a life changing event.  The support is accomplished by working with the caregiver to schedule appointments, perform pre-registration and registration of new and existing patients, scheduling of outside tests, answering phones, and providing patients with information regarding access to additional external financial resources.  In this position, you will have the opportunity to support our patients with issues dealing with scheduling and questions for the provider(s).  In addition,...
