Talent Acquisition Business Partner 6 MONTH TEMP

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Manufacturing & Operations you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager – Manufacturing & Operations. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to bring top talent to our organization. The selected candidate is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and matching candidates to specific requisitions across the company.  You will actively search for the best and brightest candidates utilizing the internet, other recruitment methodologies, qualify potential candidates via phone, video, and face to face interviews.  As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Manufacturing & Operations you will be responsible for both Direct Hire and Temporary recruitment needs in the Costa Rica site. Additionally, you will assist US operations as needed.
