Product Development Engineer - Electronics R&D

In this position you will be a key member of the Electronics Gases research and development team at the Linde Technology Center (LTC) in Tonawanda, NY, and you will design and build R D systems for development of new materials, purification technologies, delivery systems, and packaging solutions for their use in the Electronics specialty gases (ESGs) and advanced materials market In the area of New Product Development you will work with project technical leads to execute tasks supporting the commercialization of new specialty gases for the Linde Electronics business In the field of efficiency optimization you will identify opportunities to improve the performance of existing R D systems and processes; develop and implement protocols to measure, analyze, enhance, and control system performance You will develop into an internal expert in the design and fabrication of research systems for synthesis, purification, analysis, and application testing of ESGs Actively participate in internal technical collaborations to identify opportunities for new products and / or process development programs
