A unique travelling role supporting multiple modern clinics across the GTA and Hamilton region Direct collaboration with our Orthodontist Lead and growing orthodontic program A patient-focused role centered around treatment coordination, education, and case support Exposure to a variety of teams, patient demographics, and clinic environments Opportunities for professional growth within a fast-growing dental group A supportive, collaborative culture focused on provider experience and exceptional patient care   What the Role Looks Like Part-time opportunity Travel required between Anytime Dental Group clinics across the GTA and Hamilton region Days, evenings, and occasional weekends required   What You’ll Be Doing Orthodontic Treatment Coordination & Patient Experience Guide patients through orthodontic treatment plans and next steps with confidence and professionalism Help patients understand treatment options, timelines, procedures, and financial considerations Support orthodontic consultations, case presentations, and treatment acceptance conversations Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain consistent communication throughout treatment Build strong patient relationships through empathy, education, and personalized support Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience across all clinics Orthodontic Procedure & Clinical Support Support the Orthodontist Lead during orthodontic procedures and patient appointments Take records including digital scans, photographs, and radiographs as required Educate patients on appliance care, aligner compliance, and overall treatment expectations Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient appointment flow and scheduling Assist with maintaining organized and efficient orthodontic workflows across multiple locations   What You Bring Previous experience in orthodontics, dental treatment coordination, or dental administration Strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and patient workflows Experience with digital dental technology and practice management software Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail   You’re Also Someone Who: Enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-clinic environment Is confident communicating with patients about treatment and financial options Brings a polished, professional, and patient-first approach Is adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing changing schedules Works well independently while collaborating across multiple teams Is comfortable with digital workflows and orthodontic technology Loves building relationships and creating a positive patient experience   Nice to Have Previous orthodontic treatment coordination experience Experience with Invisalign or clear aligner workflows Experience with iTero scanning and digital workflows Sales or case acceptance experience within a dental environment Familiarity with orthodontic insurance and financing discussions   A Bit More About Us Anytime Dental Group is proud to be part of Passion Dental Group—a fast-growing network of dental clinics across Ontario built on the belief that great dentistry starts with great people.   At Passion Dental Group, we’re not just focused on expanding clinics—we’re focused on creating environments where clinicians can thrive.
