Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather information on upcoming material deliveries from the project management team on a weekly basis
to prepare for stocking.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding shipment arrivals, processing requirements, and other relevant
operational details.
• Receive and inspect shipments at the site, including counting boxes, parts, and accessories according to the
packing list, checking for damage, and sorting items.
• Organize installation materials based on delivery priority.
• Ensure accurate entry and stocking of locally purchased materials and tools by verifying purchase orders,
invoices, delivery notes, and packing lists.
• Manage and disburse petty cash for the project according to site needs, and regularly update the cash flow
statement.
• Assist with purchasing materials from local stores.
• Collect local purchase invoices and delivery notes and reconcile them with the project accountant.
• Issue materials from the store through the system according to site requirements.

• Problem-solving & attention to details.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in MS Office.
• Strong in English.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or relevant field
Experience 5-8 years of experience in material coordination
