About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Revenue Cycle Trainer to join our Revenue Cycle team. This role is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that ensure staff understand revenue cycle processes, compliance standards, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training for new hires and existing staff on billing, coding, claims processing, and reimbursement procedures.
  • Develop and maintain training materials that meet regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing education as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations or medical billing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
  • Experience with Athena
