2nd shift - Distribution Team Lead

Based in Southaven, MS, Distribution Team Lead provides hands-on leadership and direction to support daily warehouse operations while fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performing work environment. This role leverages shop floor experience to guide team members, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time. The Team Lead partners closely with Supervisors and other Leads to balance manpower, develop team capabilities, and achieve operational goals.
