Overview As the Campaign Manager, Paid Search, you will serve as the day-to-day executional lead for a premier global entertainment and audio streaming platform. In this role, your primary focus will be the flawless management and optimization of paid search campaigns, consistently delivering strong performance against client KPIs across markets globally. You will drive growth and innovation by providing sharp campaign strategies, while building trusted relationships and establishing seamless lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal teams. Responsibilities Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day campaign management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns. Budget & Pacing Management: Flawlessly manage complex media budgets and daily budget pacing across multiple global markets, ensuring zero under- or over-spends while maximizing efficiency. Strategic Planning: Create and execute digital account strategies, contributing actively to annual planning and long-term client growth. Project Management & Organization: Serve as the team's organizational anchor. Maintain meticulous project tracking to keep the team focused, aligned, and ahead of schedule, taking personal pride in flawlessly meeting every deadline and deliverable. Collaboration: Interface with internal agency counterparts to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and identify/deliver new solutions for clients. Quality Assurance: Review client deliverables for quality, ensuring that all recommendations and final work products are sound, viable, and polished. Client Leadership: Provide excellent communication and thought leadership to clients via phone, email, and direct presentations. Data Analysis: Command data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement strategic changes that continuously boost client program performance. Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred. 1+ years of paid search experience, preferably on the agency side. Proficiency in Google Ads and Apple Search Ads preferred. Hands-on experience with AI Max and Performance Max campaigns preferred. Ability to set, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success. Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills. Experience with project management tools (i.e. Asana) is a strong plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
