Position: Nail Technician
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Holistic Health Manager
Position Description: Responsible for providing clients nail care services to clients at Holistic Health. Position Description: Responsible for providing clients nail care services to clients at Holistic Health. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide nail technician services to Holistic Health customers as scheduled by the Wellness department
- Assist clients in understanding the services provided by Holistic Health
- Help with the cleaning of the Holistic Health Center
- Help with the payments of Holistic Health services
- Clean and organize rooms between clients, includes sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
- Provide front desk support as needed
- Recommend products to clients based on their individual needs and answer questions
- Help with the selling of products for Holistic Health
- Accurately assist with the collection and documentation of money transactions
- Comply with confidentiality requirements and processes
- Coordinate with the Holistic Health Manager to ensure that all wellness tasks are complete
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A flexible, creative, entrepreneurial spirit and a demonstrated passion for the mission, vision, and values of LifeSkills Connection Inc.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management; ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to employ flexibility and creativity in the face of ambiguity and challenge
