Job Description

Position Summary

- Serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards

- Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area

- Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to

Primary Responsibility

- Assist the day-to-day operation of the outlet

- Serve Food and beverages efficiently according to established standard

- Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area

- Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to

Requirements

Education:

- Middle school graduated

- F&B related certificate is an added advantage

Experience:

- 1 year at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant

Knowledge and Skills:

- Basic FandB product and service knowledge

- Basic customer service skills

Others:

- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken

- English is an added advantage

- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time

- Team player
