Senior Manager, MBOS Software Architecture & Base Software

Objectives:

• Lead the strategic development of MBOS system software architecture, AI OS, SOA, and Base Software, driving next-generation automotive software architecture principles, tool chain, solution, guidelines and standards to deliver high-performance, stable, and scalable solutions for smart cockpit platforms. Build up team, mentor, grow and retain teams. Setup culture of focusing on results and striving for excellence to exceed internal and external customer’s expectation.

Education

· Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

· 10+ years in automotive software, 5+ years leading infotainment/EEA projects and architectures in the products.

· Hand-on experience in automotive embedded systems of AUTOSAR, QNX/Linux/Android, HarmonyOS, AI OS experience is a plus.

· Expertise with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR classic and adaptive, Android, vehicle communication, etc. as well as languages like C/C++, Java, Python, XML, etc

· Strong technical background in areas such as cloud computing, AI, connectivity technologies, advanced driver assistance systems, etc

· Proven ability to inspire teams, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and manage stakeholders.

· Strategic thinker with a track record of translating R&D into market-ready solutions.

• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), German language skills are a plus
