Job Description
AS A PATHOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST, you'll be responsible to assist Pathologists in the preparation, grossing and dissection of surgical specimens. You'll select and submit tissue samples for examination. In addition, you'll be responsible for the preparation of surgical and cytology specimens as well as the general operation of surgical pathology.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field
- Must be a Certified Histologic Technologist, registered with ASCP or AMT at time of hire
