Industrial Staff Engineer

The SkyWater Industrial Staff Engineer will use various modeling techniques, data analytics tools, statistical methods, and planning concepts to ensure timely decision making, fab efficiency and customer satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities: Use various modeling techniques, statistical methods and planning tools used in Manufacturing Science and Production Control.  Collaborate in both small groups, cross-functional teams, and independently under general supervision.  SQL/Linux scripting for CronJob implementation. Manage customer commits and on time performance Manage expedite lots in the fab Maintain and run fab and sort capacity model Assist in the wafer services billing Perform cycle time analysis  Participate in cross functional team to improve tool efficiency Work with FPS to maintain and improve fab schedulers and line balancer Required Qualifications: Requires 5+ years experience with BS, 3+ years of experience with MS in Industrial Engineering or related degree. Will consider equalivant experience in lieu of a degree. Demonstrated experience using various modeling techniques, statistical methods and planning tools used in Manufacturing Science and Production Control.  Experience with Microsoft Office Experience with SQL/Linux scripting U.S. Person Required: SkyWater Technology Foundry, Inc. subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
