Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
Junior Accountant Payroll
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Control Payroll related data flow, inputs and outputs ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
Data registration/entry in the system in preparation for the payment of salaries
Support employees on salary related questions
Prepare financial and operational Payroll reports
Participate in projects and initiatives related to Payroll and Payroll Accounting process improvements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field (can be last year student)
Ability to observe strict confidentiality of the obtained information
Fluency in English to communicate with Business Units in Europe
Good computer skills (MS Office), experience working with WorkDay or SAP will be considered as an advantage
Previous experience in Payroll or Payroll Accounting will be considered as an advantage
Analytical mindset, attention to details
