
Male Group Facilitator (Choosing Non-Violence Group for Men) - Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault
Job Description
Responsible for conducting participant intake and exit interviews, assessing suitability for group participation, and coordinating with advocates, probation officers, and other team members to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Plans and coordinates weekly group sessions, attends multidisciplinary team and probation meetings, and maintains accurate and timely documentation in the agency's electronic health record system, including attendance, progress notes, intakes, and discharges. Facilitates both daytime and evening group sessions, with evening programming extending until 8:30 p.m.
Compensation: between $21.80 and $25.98 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week including one or two evenings until 8:30pm
