Carrier Compliance Associate

What You'll Do Shamrock Trading Corporation and Ryan Transportation are looking for a Carrier Compliance Associate to join the team. Working with the compliance team on a multitude of duties related to new carrier contracts, carrier insurance records, safety scores, contract dates and insurance compliance as related to certain customer contracts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Update motor carrier records as required tracking items such as: Motor Carrier Safety Scores  Authority and Authority Histories  Contract Dates  Understand the Ryan Transportation Motor Carrier contracts  Understand various Shipper contracts in place with Ryan Transportation  Be able to operate various facets of multiple dispatch services such as McLeod & Mercury Gate  Assist Compliance Department with various steps of the motor carrier setup process  Perform various administrative/support duties such as scanning, printing, faxing, and copying.  Assist with high value load insurance in both LTL and Full Truckload  Assist with filing and resolving cargo claim in both LTL and Full Truckload   What You'll Bring Basic knowledge of the commercial transportation industry; familiarity with McLeod or Mercury Gate is an added bonus  Strong Microsoft Outlook skills necessary  Strong Microsoft Excel skills, complex functions and knowledge of pivot tables  Basic knowledge or how to read and understand a certificate of insurance  Basic knowledge of the flow of paperwork in the lifecycle of a load; Rate confirmation, Bill of Lading, Delivery Receipts, Invoices
