Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) in Roswell, New Mexico, United States. Start date: 07/06/2026. Duration: Weeks. Weekly pay: $2,035–$2,189 per week. Shift: 4x12 Nights. This travel - temporary assignment occurs in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency nursing care for patients across the lifespan in the ED, including initial assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring.
- Triage patients, initiate rapid assessment, and prioritize interventions during high-volume periods.
- Manage ventilated patients; oversee arterial and central line access; administer IV medications including vasopressors; monitor hemodynamics.
- Administer blood products; interpret dysrhythmias and ABGs; monitor sedation and analgesia per protocol.
- Support trauma and neuro-trauma cases; monitor BiPAP/CPAP therapy; assist with procedures and airway management.
- Establish and maintain IV access, draw laboratory specimens, and document patient status and care in Epic.

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Mexico or valid NM/Compact license accepted; must be obtained prior to start.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; CPI and TNCC certifications as listed.
- 3 years ER experience preferred; 1st-time travel accepted; previous charge nurse experience required; patient-ratio experience 1:4; Epic charting experience required; community hospital experience preferred.
- Ability to work in an ED environment; willing to float to like units as needed; weekend coverage required (every other weekend); self-scheduling.
- RTO: Pre-approved time off (1 day) listed at submittal; max 4 days RTO auto-approved.
