Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, promotional activations, and brand experiences. This role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys contributing to high-impact initiatives.
The Events Assistant will work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event logistics and outstanding client representation.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
Support venue selection, vendor communication, and contract coordination
Manage event timelines, materials, and on-site logistics
Prepare event documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations
Coordinate event materials, branding assets, and inventory management
Provide on-site support during event setup, execution, and breakdown
Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams
Ensure all events reflect company standards and brand guidelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Adaptability and willingness to travel locally for events when required
