Job Description
- Ensuring governance for HR Services processes in the Eastern European region
- Managing quality issues / service requests coming from the locations related to outsourced processes
- Supporting outsourcing initiatives
- Supporting service related transformations
- Supporting locations in their non-outsourced activities in the scope of HR Services
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Several years of HR experience, Service Center background and leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of international HR practices
- Experience with HR management of HR systems and data analysis tools
- Demonstrated expertise in HR Services and project management
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
