Training Designer

The Training Designer develops engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support employee development and operational excellence. This role transforms subject matter expertise into clear, effective training programs using modern instructional design methods and digital learning tools. Working closely with the Director of Training and Development and internal subject matter experts, the Training Designer creates and delivers training that improves employee knowledge, skills, and performance across the organization.
