Fresh Coat Painters of El Paso is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled painter to join our team.
We handle residential and commercial projects across El Paso, delivering clean, consistent, high-quality work every time.
Responsibilities
- Interior & exterior painting
- Prep work: caulking, sanding, masking, patching
- Spraying, brushing, and rolling
- Light drywall and stucco repair
- Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
- Professional communication with clients and team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years painting experience (professional)
- Must have reliable transportation and valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be dependable — we start on time, every day
Pay
- Hourly rate depends on experience and is competitive with the current labor market. Starting at $13/hour
- Opportunities for advancement and bonuses
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Part-time to Full-time
