Please note- This is a Temporary position for 1 year.

 

Your new role
As our new Cardio Metabolic Multichannel Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of a modern, hybrid sales approach – combining 80% digital engagement with 20% face-to-face interactions to expand the reach of Novo Nordisk's leading obesity and diabetes portfolio across Israel. You will champion multichannel ways of working and lead the digital evolution within your team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting and selling Novo Nordisk's obesity and diabetes products – including Wegovy® and Ozempic® – to a wide range of targeted and untargeted HCPs across multiple specialisations
  • Expanding reach and frequency through a balanced multichannel mix of remote calls, tele-detailing, video and Teams meetings, and face-to-face roundtables, congresses and team meetings
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with HCPs, KOLs, nurses, dieticians and pharmacists, and ensuring consistent follow-up
  • Analysing your territory using BI dashboards to drive data-informed planning, identify opportunities and threats, and monitor competitor activity
  • Developing the multichannel customer journey together with your First Line Sales Manager and the Excellence team, including collaboration with third-party tele-detailing vendors
  • Executing the marketing strategy in line with Commercial Excellence guidelines and KPIs, registering all customer interactions in IO ENGAGE, and increasing Opt-In approvals
  • Tracking and reporting sales performance metrics, and contributing to regional meetings, national conferences and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, BUD, CEX, MAPA, CMR, P&O and Legal & Compliance

Your new department
You will join our Primary Care sales team in Israel, reporting to the First Line Sales Manager. Operating across the entire country with a hybrid, digital-first model, our team is leading the way in how Novo Nordisk engages HCPs – combining commercial ambition with multichannel expertise to bring obesity and diabetes treatments to more patients than ever before.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a driven, digitally savvy sales professional who thrives in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment and is passionate about transforming how we engage with healthcare professionals. To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences (B.Sc.) or Nutrition
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with exposure to cardio-metabolic, obesity or diabetes therapy areas
  • Proven multichannel and digital selling expertise, with the ability to lead and inspire others in adopting new ways of working
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use BI dashboards and data insights to plan, prioritise and execute territory strategy
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage HCPs, KOLs and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English, and a commitment to working in line with Business Ethics, the Novo Nordisk Way, local law and quality standards
