Job Description
Handle end-to-end order management (3rd party, intercompany, and stock transfers).
Measure and track the Open PO accuracy to meet the target
Run Monthly Replenishment to ensure healthy stock levels for the new PO notifications
Inbound Delivery Updates for the new shipments
Negotiate cost reductions across assigned portfolios -- using data-driven insights, supplier engagement, and strategic negotiation to achieve savings targets while maintaining service and supply continuity.
Support to create and update pricing in Outline Agreements (OAs) and maintain accurate vendor data, including pricing, payment terms, incoterms, and units of purchase.
Support Offshore Finance Teams with R-Block verification, resolve finance enquiries, invoice discrepancies, and outstanding payments promptly.
Support for the P2P processes for the New SKU creations.
Implementing supplier performance measurement as a key driver to quality & OTIF
ABCD Classification Actions - Improve A inventory
Monitoring monthly inventory costs and adjust purchasing plans accordingly
Collaborate closely with Procurement Team across all Diversey Business Units -- ensuring continuity of supply, timely issue resolution, and alignment between procurement activities and production or customer need
Preferred: 3 years+ of experience in Purchase or Supply Chain in an international environment,
Very good written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
University degree or proven track of relevant experience,
Good view at handling complexity, problem solving and working close to deadlines,
Excellent communication and analytical skills,
Good organizational skills, with a "can-do" attitude,
Flexible to take on new challenges.
Strong SAP knowledge, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including higher-level functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
