La Familia Health Santa Fe

A Federally Qualified Healthcare Center, La Familia Medical Center serves as the healthcare safety-net for the underinsured and uninsured in our community. Last year, LFMC served more than 18,000 unduplicated individuals in 70,000+ office visits.
