Job Description
- Initiate, lead, and manage complex cost programs with long-term implications, defining project metrics and success criteria to ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop, review, and maintain the capital plan for the program, including producing the monthly commercial report and quarterly submissions of the accrual position.
- Create project cash flow and spend breakdowns within PMT, establishing clear site progress reporting mechanisms for cost variance, standard CPIs, and EAC strategy.
- Apply deep technical knowledge and understanding of engineering/construction challenges to make sound business tradeoffs and optimize control processes across the organization.
