Cloud Data & Software Engineer (AWS, Python)

AWS Cloud Engineering

• Familiarity with the cloud toolbox is expected (ETL, Step Functions, Infrastructure as Code)
• Official AWS certification would be a plus, or proof of completed trainings/courses

Advanced Python and general programming skills

• Object-oriented programming
• Code versioning using GIT/Bitbucket, including an understanding of workflows
• (Automated) code documentation using docstrings or Python packages such as Sphinx

Data Analytics

• Interpretation and contextualization of retrieved data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from complex datasets
• Experience with data validation, quality checks, and plausibility analysis

Dashboard / Frontend Developer (nice to have)

• Experience with Tableau or self-developed frontends, e.g. in JavaScript
• UI/UX skills
