Position Overview
JMark Services is seeking a Reserve Integration Program Analyst (IMA) to support Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) at Camp Smith, Hawaii. This senior-level role provides strategic program support, analytical oversight, and process improvement for the coordination and integration of Reserve Component personnel within a complex operational environment.
The ideal candidate operates comfortably at the intersection of force management, readiness, and senior-level decision support, partnering directly with leadership to ensure Reserve activations, allocations, and readiness assessments are efficiently executed. This role plays a critical part in advancing organizational agility, operational readiness, and mission effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Tracking

Maintain and update program trackers for all MARFORPAC Reserve activations, including administrative and planning status.

Develop and manage a Feasibility of Support (FOS) tracker to ensure accurate visibility of Reserve unit support to exercises.

Track key readiness metrics for assigned and allocated units.
Data Management & Reporting

Compile, analyze, and report data related to Reserve force utilization, activation timelines, budgetary considerations, and readiness assessments.

Prepare executive-level reports and briefings for the G-3/5 Reserve Integration Officer, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
IMA Program Support

Manage administrative functions of the MARFORPAC G-3 Individual Marine Augmentee (IMA) Program.

Optimize onboarding processes, maintain personnel records, and ensure policy compliance.

Develop standardized processes defining IMA Service Component roles and responsibilities, with emphasis on transition from competition to crisis.

Apply familiarity with readiness reporting frameworks such as DRRS-S and/or DRRS-MC.
Knowledge & Information Management

Develop and maintain a centralized repository of policies, procedures, SOPs, and best practices related to Reserve integration, readiness, and GFM.

Serve as a key point of contact for Reserve integration knowledge management.
Coordination & Liaison

Coordinate with MARFORRES, HQMC, Service Components, and external stakeholders to support Reserve activations, allocations, and readiness assessments.
Process Improvement
-
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to Reserve integration, readiness reporting, and Global Force Management (GFM) processes.
Documentation & SOP Development

Create, update, and maintain SOPs and formal documentation supporting Reserve integration and readiness operations.
Global Force Management (GFM) Support
-
Support development and execution of GFM plans integrating Reserve Component capabilities.

Assist with exercise planning and execution, including Reserve participation tracking.

Experience with SMDS / GSAMPS (formerly FMT) preferred.
Readiness Assessment Support

Assist with coordination and analysis of readiness assessments for assigned and allocated units.

Identify gaps and recommend higher-headquarters support to address unit concerns.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

6–8 years of relevant professional experience

Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance
-
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency strongly preferred)

Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and tracker development

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Minimum 2–3 years in program analysis, personnel management, or a related discipline

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities

Willingness to participate in required training
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree

10+ years of relevant experience in administrative or operational roles

PMP certification
-
Prior experience supporting Reserve or personnel integration programs

Knowledge of military, government, or organizational force management principles

Experience improving processes in large, matrixed organizations
-
Background in SOP development and knowledge management

Familiarity with Reserve Component policies and procedures

Experience supporting force management systems

Proven ability to deliver analytic recommendations and executive-level briefings
