We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and commercially driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position combines sales hunting mindset, Account development and Customer growth and success, giving you the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while directly contributing to business growth—all from our modern office environment, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and industry-leading providers.

 


What You'll Do
1. Help Customers Get Started and Succeed
Be the first point of contact for new providers, guiding them through onboarding and helping them quickly gain confidence with our solutions. Your mission is to turn new customers into engaged and successful users.
2. Drive Growth and Engagement
Launch and execute commercial initiatives, campaigns, and ClearCorrect Days that help customers increase adoption and maximize the value of our products. You'll identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and track the impact of your work, everything measured and tracked in Salesforce
3. Manage and Grow Your Own Customer Portfolio
Own a portfolio of customers, becoming their trusted advisor. You'll build strong relationships, provide guidance, and help them grow their business while achieving their goals.
4. Partner with Top Customers
Work alongside Territory Managers to support key providers, define annual objectives, and monitor performance through regular business reviews and follow-ups.
5. Identify New Business Opportunities
Take an active role in lead generation and prospecting activities, helping us expand our customer base and uncover new growth opportunities.
6. Reactivate Customer Opportunities
Some providers start cases but don't complete the process. You'll proactively reach out, understand their challenges, offer support, and help them move forward successfully.
7. Support Commercial Operations
Assist with day-to-day business activities, including discount management through SAP and participation in commercial and marketing projects.

 

 

What We're Looking For
• A positive, customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills.
• A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and business growth.
• Confidence speaking with customers by phone and video.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to take ownership.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or clinical environments is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
