Job Description
BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
Manage the relationship between Kubota and independent dealers to generate orders, coordinate support services, and ensure proper levels of inventory to best serve customers.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:
Drive wholesale sales by advising dealers, promoting marketing programs, and influencing purchasing decisions.
Analyze market performance, identify weak segments, and develop action plans to improve sales outcomes.
Resolve dealer and customer issues by collaborating across departments and coordinating solutions.
Monitor and report sales trends, forecasts, and inventory, including auditing dealer assets and ensuring policy compliance.
Support dealer network growth and effectiveness by recruiting new dealers, training staff, and facilitating product availability and logistics.
SPECIAL PROJECTS
Special projects may include planning, coordinating, and working industry, regional, local, and dealer
level trade shows and/or participating in survey visits to dealers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
5 to 7 years related experience.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Kubota products.
Excellent customer service/relation skills.
Sales skills/background.
Ability to use a computer to enter and/or retrieve information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
